We've just had a delivery of Suma's new organic kombucha. It comes in small cans and there are a range of flavours including sparkling peach & turmeric and ginger. Kombucha is one of the fermented foods/ drinks recommended by Tim Spector from Zoe to help reduce inflammation. Christmas - please let us have your orders for turkey, geese, chicken, gammon, salmon etc by 8 December. Shop opening hours and delivery dates over the festive season will be posted next weekend.
